| Description: | With this spell the caster can coat a weapon with a magical sheet of fire. While enchanted, the weapon will have a chance to deal additional damage on each melee strike as a result.
-- Each level learned increases the duration of the spell. -- Each level up to level 10 decreases the mana cost of the spell. -- Each level of the spell increases the chance to successfully cast the spell. |
| Comments: | Though not necessarily great for Mage Avatars, this spell is widely used by thieves and warriors (and clerics who are set up to deal damage) to give an extra bonus to melee combat. |
