FORMAT: train [skill, spell or attribute]
This command is used to train skills, spells and attributes, and must
be used at a special training NPC. These NPCs are available on several
continents. It may be used in either of two ways. Typing "train" by itself
will place the player into a menu system, displaying skills arranged by
class and skill type. Typing "train" followed by a skill or spell name will
immediately train that skill, saving the player from going through layers
of menus, but when training in this fashion, no confirmation is required
and it is easier to accidentally spend CPs on an unwanted skill.
